If there was one thing I couldn't get used to, it was the electric poles in our urban landscapes. They add to the construction chaos additional disarray that just feels depressing. I took a photograph from a bourbon glass filled with a triple shot; I photographed the poles and overlaid them to the bourbon glass. The combination of a warm material like wood & the numerous kind of bolts, nuts, ceramic conductors... Suddenly formed a harmonious contrast to my eye. I still can't ignore them but I do look at them differently
